  • Is there an app available?

    The iOS app is still new, so all feedback is welcome. Since we do this in our free time, we cannot make promises, but we are working hard on maintenance and adding new features.


    For administrators, we have an app for Android. The app works the same as the web version (PWA).


    There is no app available for iOS for administrators yet. As a temporary alternative, you can save our web app to your desktop. If you want to know how, click here

  • How do you save Equipo.me to your desktop?

    To easily access Equipo.me, you can create shortcuts to your home screen. If you want to know how, click here

  • For which sports can you use Equipo.me?

    With Equipo.me, you can manage all team sports. From football to tennis, from volleyball to hockey, and from golf to basketball. You can also use it for other occasions. For example, there are groups of motorcyclists who use Equipo.me to plan rides and groups of friends who use it to plan beers.

  • How many teams can you manage on Equipo.me?

    You can add an unlimited number of teams to your account. All for free. To do this, click on "Teams" and then on "New team."

  • Can I also register as a club?

    Currently, Equipo.me is being tested with a select number of clubs. As a club, you can then view all the attendance of your teams. This way, you can easily let players substitute for each other or see when fields are available if training/matches are canceled.

  • How much does Equipo.me cost?

    The core functionality of Equipo.me is free and will always remain free. Equipo.me is made by teams for teams. More advanced features are available for a monthly fee (paid by the team administrators).

  • Why do I have to pay for Equipo now?

    Equipo.me has grown significantly in recent years. As a result, costs have also increased significantly. Since these are not covered by our advertising revenue, we want to ask users to contribute to the use. The money is further used to develop new functionalities and improve Equipo.me.

Functies

  • How do I synchronize events with my own calendar app?

    You can automatically synchronize all events with your own calendar app. For example, with your Apple, Google, or Outlook app. You do this by going to your calendar in Equipo.me and then clicking on the gear icon. Then click on "Calendar Sync."

  • How do you import the match schedule of the KNVB?

    Yes, that is certainly possible. There are costs associated with the KNVB (€2.29). Note: Equipo.me does not earn anything from this.
    You can follow the steps below to link the calendar to your agenda:

    1. Purchase the KNVB calendar (more info here)
    2. Open voetbal.nl and go to your own schedule
    3. Click on the calendar icon
    3. Click on Purchase
    4. Add the link to your Equipo.me account
    5. Go to the calendar in Equipo.me
    6. Click on the plus sign (+) in the bottom right
    7. Click on KNVB sync
    8. Add the URL
    9. Click on "load events"
    10. You can now choose which events you want to add
    11. Now click save

  • Can I also synchronize the KNVB standings?

    No, that is unfortunately not yet possible. You can only automatically synchronize the matches between the KNVB and Equipo.me.

  • Is it possible to set your status to present/absent by default?

    No, that is unfortunately not yet possible. If there is enough interest, we will build this feature. Click here to indicate that you want this feature.

  • Which competitions can you import?

    Currently, you can only import the KNVB. Below is a list we are working on

    You can also submit a request. You can do this via email or our chat.

  • How do I add substitutes?

    You can add substitutes for each event. You do this by going to an event and clicking on + substitutes. You fill in a name, and voila, the substitute is added.

    Everyone in your team can add substitutes.

  • What is the attendance history?

    This is a ranking of your teammates based on their attendance at the last 5 events. You can choose whether this is 5 or, for example, 10 events. Based on this ranking, you can decide who may be in the starting lineup, for example.

  • What is an administrator?

    An administrator of a team can add and remove events, turns, goals, and players. An administrator can also appoint other administrators. You can add an unlimited number of administrators to your team.

  • How many administrators can you add?

    There is no limit

  • How do I add a player?

    Click on "Menu" in the bottom menu bar. Then click on "add player". The link you then see can be shared with your teammates. If they click on the link, they can create an account and automatically join your team.

  • How do I track goals?

    Click on a match in your calendar. Then click on the plus sign at the top. Click on add goal scorer.
